Our Services include:
- Visit the property, providing a rental valuation and any other relevant advice bespoke to your property
- Advice to ensure you are up to date with legislation
- Locate suitable tenants that you are happy with
- Accompany tenants to view the property
- Obtaining referances and credit checks and evaluating on your behalf
- Preparation of tenancy agreement
- Arranging tenancy deposit in accordance with current legislation
- Inventory and Schedule of Conditioning produced by a qualified Building Surveyor
- Agreement of inventory and schedule of Condition by tenant
- Transerring gas, electric and council tax accounts to tenants name
- Recieving tenant rent payments montly in advance together with detailed statement of any activity
- Inspection and report on your property periodically by a qualified Building Surveyor
- Arranging neccessary repairs and maintenance work. Liasing with you works of over a set value
- Checking tenants out and re-letting the property as required ensure the property is vacant for the minimum period
- Tenants and landlords have a direct line to one of our staff which is available 7 days a week
